To help celebrate such a special milestone for our client, we wanted to create a fun celebration! Our goal was to transform a plain outdoor tented space into an old world carnival styled event while still offering traditional elements.

Lauren’s mitzvah incorporated a dual menu to offer options for both adults and kids. Adults enjoyed a chef-tendered NYC style deli station with sliced to order cold meats. Traditional brunch style options included challah french toast bites, deconstructed bagel and lox, traditional noodle Kugel, and freshly mixed Bloody Marys. The kids menu featured breakfast pizza, a made to order grilled cheese station, homemade corn dogs, and our favorite - a vintage malt shoppe beverage station flanked with floating dessert walls. Guests could order vintage style cream soda floats, other assorted floats, or classic chocolate milk in a vintage bottle with a confetti cake doughnut as a garnish.
Lauren loved the theme of old world carnival for her special celebration. Fresh whites allowed the bright green, pink, and blue colors to pop throughout the tent. Seating arrangements featured a mix of King Arthur style tables with round tables. The vintage malt shoppe and green chevron floating dessert walls were custom made to create the whimsical, fun, and inviting atmosphere.
