THE MENU
The challenge of creating an upscale-yet-casually-chic summer menu was overcome with the mix of our classic grill and summer entrée options with a twist. We created an interactive action station with more upscale summer menu options such as the chicken saltimbocca and filet mignon, where guests could watch their summer meal artfully be composed by a JDK Chef. Fun salad push pops offered a light hors d’oeuvres option presented in a fun and innovative way.
THE DESIGN
Casual summertime elegance was the theme for this summer celebration. The color story of fresh summer greens and whites paired with a mix of steels was told through linens, station décor, and fresh floral arrangements. To really enhance the summer ambiance, natural wood elements such as bamboo risers were used on food stations while fresh hydrangea, white polo roses, and green dianthus brightened each seating table.
