On a Friday afternoon in June, we had the pleasure of producing a grand opening for American Mint’s brand new building hosted on the organization’s premises. This progressive event began with a welcome and transitioned into a ribbon cutting ceremony that then filtered into the main reception under a 40’ x 80’ tent on the new parking lot. We were so honored to be in the presence of the owners who flew in from Germany!
Guests: 150

With the organization’s German roots and heritage, we embraced a picnic style menu that incorporated a German fare flair. Picnic grill stations featured bratwurst and slow roasted BBQ ribs presented with traditional sauerkraut. Sides included German style soft pretzels, fresh cucumber salad, and handmade purple and Yukon gold potato chips.
Guests were welcomed with a champagne flute display on A-frame bookshelves. When they joined the main reception after the ribbon cutting ceremony, they entered a tent filled with German themed decor on the food stations and a linen story of blues and whites. Entertainment from a live band and pops of red and white flower accents helped to embrace the summertime atmosphere.
